Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple. If something goes wrong on our end, you get your money back. If you change your mind about an ongoing plan, you can cancel any time.

Visit (CA$150, one-time)

• Full refund if Table for Three cancels the visit and can't reschedule within 60 days.
• Full refund if we haven't scheduled your visit within 30 days of payment and you'd rather not wait.
• No refund once the visit has taken place — the review is written and published regardless of the score.
• Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice from either side.

Feature (CA$75 / month, recurring)

• Cancel any time from your business dashboard. Your Sponsored placement stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• We don't pro-rate partial months — the plan continues until the period ends, then stops billing.
• If a payment fails, we retry for a few days before pausing your placement. You can update your card any time from the dashboard.

Editorial independence

Refunds and cancellations don't change the review. Once we've visited, the written review stays published and honest — that's the promise that makes Table for Three worth reading.
